RE: Gymetiquette for New Year's Resolutionists – A guide to effective and considerate gym workouts

in #fitness7 years ago

I always strongly consider to just stay at home and lose a few gains during January, to avoid the new gym goers... Reading this "rule" set should be mandatory. So many people seem to have no idea how to behave..

Sort:

January is tough... Gyms get super full. It's really tempting to skip it, but you know, the gains... These are the times when I wish I had a home gym. Maybe, one day.
I am also always amazed how people's motivations slacks in February.

Same 😂 February is hard for gym newbies. It's especially bad in my gym as it's the university's gym, so students only. February/March is exam time here and they vanish at once to never be seen again...

It's weird because going to the gym for an hour or so to clear your head from all the studying should come as an easy one.
But newbies also tend to train for like two hours per session which is quite time-consuming when you need to pass the next exam.
