Sublime and Beautiful Sunday a few flowers in Buttonwood Park
For today I will share a few photos I took on a walk the other day in Buttonwood Park here in New Bedford, one of my rare daytime walks. I dropped my wife off to get her hair color done, and since that takes about an hour and a quarter, I had my camera bag with me and popped to the park for a walk.
I loaded my camera bag up for this walk, including my Tamron 50-400MM lens, hoping to catch some photos of birds there on the pond, but there were only a couple of swans which I did get shots of in the distance, and may well share those at some stage.
I think the reason there are not many birds on the pond is it is covered with algae, but I will get into that later. I switched gears and walked around the park looking for other things to shoot, and came across this little garden by the greenhouse
