I've been going through the New feed quite often this week and sadly it brings nothing but depression or amusement, depending on how you want to view it, so I'm not surprised some like @johngreenfield are leaving.

I've always trawled 'new' and to be honest, its always been a labour of love but the last couple of months have been dire beyond words. We need a radical new approach to the bringing people in to the platform and keeping them. I just don't know the answer, but the number of complex curation initiatives and techno babble about Steem is ridiculous.
Im simple. I like your @ladiesinasia I like @shanibeer and her @needleworkmonday....I understand this sort of community and support network and can peek in, but anything more complex and its lost on me!
