I hope you all are doing well. Today, I am excited to share my special desi dish called Sarson Ka Saag (Mustard Greens Curry), which is famous for its rich flavor, earthy aroma, and healthy goodness. This classic Punjabi dish is especially enjoyed in winter and tastes best when served hot.

Ingredients
Required ingredients for making recipe

| Mustard Greens | ½ kg |
| Spinach | ½ kg |
| Green Chilies | 4 pieces |
| Garlic | 1 whole bulb |
| Whole Red Chilies | 5 pieces |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric Powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Crushed Red Chili | 1 teaspoon |
| Butter (Blue Band) | 1 cube |
| Cornflour | 1 small pack |
Cooking Procedure step by step
Let’s get started with the step-by-step instructions to make this delicious Sarson Ka Saag!
Step 1: Cook the Mustard Greens
First of all, take one pot and add mustard greens to it. Add green chilies, 1 glass of water, salt, and turmeric. Cook on medium heat until the greens become soft.

Step 2: Add Spinach and Cornflour
Now add chopped spinach to the cooked mustard greens and mash it well. After that, add cornflour and mix properly.

Step 3: Prepare the Tempering
Take a separate pan and fry finely chopped garlic in oil. When it turns golden, add whole red chilies and crushed red chilies.

Step 4: Final Mixing
Add butter (Blue Band) to the prepared saag. Now add the prepared tempering to it and mix well. Your delicious Sarson Ka Saag is now ready to serve 🍽️
