Easy and heavenly delicious chocolate chip cookies
I don't know how about you, but my by far favorite sweets are cookies.
We all know that store-bought cookies are among unhealthiest products. They are stuffed with sugar, chemical dyes and flavors, gluten...
So many times, I have tried to make homemade, healthy version of it, but somehow, they all tasted horrible.
You could taste they are "healthy" - not in a good way.
But guys, these ones taste like real cookies! Here is my all-time favorite recipe in whole world!
Preheat oven to 350°F while you prepare the dough.
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of coconut / brown sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (I have used Himalayan)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup small grinder oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Firstly, mix softened butter and sugar into fluffy mixture. Then add eggs and vanilla extract.
In other bowl mix buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt and oats. Add this slowly to eggs and butter. Whisk.
Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 170 C for 10- 12 minutes.
There you have them! Tell me how they ended up for you 😊
wow looks super delicious. I should totally try to make some this evening :-)
Definitively, they are super quick and easy to make :)
And unlike most of cookies that you need to wait for them to chill a bit, these ones are great still warm from the oven :)
