Probably the most healthiest chocolate Icecream superfood lolly in the world…
I won’t bore you to death with my life story or how I came about making this recipe for my fussy eater of a 3 year old who loves chocolate.
I’ll get to the important part first…. how to make this superfood ice-lolly recipe:
All I did was mixed together 2 pre peeled and frozen bananas, 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 4 tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of Camu Camu powder.
Popped it all in the vitamix, blended and then separated into these great Nuby toddler lolly moulds .
I made 4 plus two small tubs of ice creams (waste not, want not)
How can a chocolate Icecream lolly be so yummy AND so healthy?
Well let me tell you…
The Benefits of Cacao Powder:
As well as being high in flavanols, cacao powder is also a natural source of:
