This morning I cooked vegetables. The vegetables are ordinary, but tasty.

Spinach Vegetables

Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch of spinach vegetables
  • 1 piece of corn
  • 1 carrot fruit
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 pieces of red onion, sliced
  • 1 piece of garlic, sliced
  • 2 pieces of green chili, break
  • sugar and salt to taste
  • Enough water

How to cook :

  1. Prepare a pan filled with water, cook water until boiling.

Sayur Bayam Bening

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 ikat sayur bayam
  • 1 buah jagung
  • 1 buah wortel
  • 1 batang serai, memarkan
  • 2 buah bawang merah, iris-iris
  • 1 buah bawang putih, iris-iris
  • 2 buah cabe hijau, patahkan
  • gula dan garam secukupnya
  • Air secukupnya

Cara Memasak :

  1. Siapkan wajan berisi air, masak air sampai mendidih.
  2. Masukkan jagung dan wortel, lalu masukkan bawang, serai, cabai, gula, dan garam.
  3. Koreksi rasa.
  4. Masukkan bayan, aduk-aduk.
  5. Masak hingga matang, lalu angkat.
