Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 1
Onion - 1
Coconut - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - a little
Salt - to taste

First take the idli / dosa dough in a bowl.
Then chop the onion and green chillies very finely. Add chopped onion and green chillies to the dough.
Then add rice flour, diced or grated coconut, chopped curry leaves, salt to taste and knead well.
