Just stopped by to UV some of your posts and check in after the great comments on my post today.
Ironically after I posted that, I left to check out a college near me, with a HUGE outdoor growing and teaching centre I had wanted to see for a long time, they must have 1.5 acres of food growing there, greenhouses, a complete apple orchard on the other side of the building and some bee hives!!!
