My wife will cook lunch for us. Of course most of the vegetables used as ingredients are harvested from the home garden. In this post too, I'll share a dish she cooked for our lunch. This dish is spicy grilled purple eggplant salad with boiled egg.
I'll take everyone to see the vibe of harvesting vegetables in the home garden first. The main ingredient for this dish is purple eggplant. There are lots of purple eggplants in the garden right now. Each purple eggplant plant has 7-10 purple eggplants. This time, my wife harvested 6 purple eggplants for cooking. But for this dish, she only used 4 purple eggplants.
