Okonomiyaki is one of my favorite Japanese foods. This version looks so delicious. Thanks for sharing this... Now I need to go to the Japanese grocery store so I can make one!
You could make okonomyaki pretty easily without going to a Japanese store for sure! My mom definitely didn't have access to one while I was growing up. You do have to make substitutions though! Have fun making yours!!
