Two questions: 1) Why on Earth do you think they called it Eggs William Penn? Is it a precursor to the Freedom Fries of the early 2000s? 2) Can you plan to do a post on the ice industry in 1918? Where did the ice in Philly come from and who was delivering the chunks door to door? #deliveringthechunks
