Thank you so much.. For me, wine has a different taste and texture.. Based on the dish ı prefer different kind of drinks.. For example margarita is a must before having Mexican dishes 😁😀
It sounds like a classy thing to do. My friend had a family restaurant at one time and they served wine. So I think that is how he became familiar with it.
