How Do we Decide What to Include and What to Eliminate?

Since when did caring about the standards of your food and appreciating high quality food become mockingly synonymous with ‘elitist?’
I don’t know, and I really don’t care.
All I know is that needs to change.
People should care about where their food comes from. They should demand higher standards for how the food they put into their bodies is brought before them. This is what fuels our life. It should be our priority to make sure it is up to standard. In production and in result.
In this day and age, it has never been more important where our food comes from and how it was grown. Our food choices directly contribute to the environment and to the sustainability of food in the future.
I have very simple rules which help me to be fit over a decade:
- Try to take food which will be “alive” for maximum 2,3 day.
- Find recipes which you like and will your daily base routine.(Great app Kitchen Stories - App Store, Google play …)
- If you go to shop, try to go with full stomach.
- And maybe the most important think: When the temptation is very strong to buy some ice cream or some chocolate sweets, just ask yourself - “Did that food exist before 200 years ago?”
That's all I hope this will help someone to became better version of himself.
