Last time I posted my First Food Blog and to those who didn't read it, just click on the link. So for this post, I just want to share on "How do we cook food at home". I hope you'll like reading it and if want to eat it, just cook and follow my process.

What are the benefits of eating bananas a day?

Bananas are good for bowel regularity and satiety. Adding a banana to your daily diet has an array of benefits in your body. Bananas help you reach your weight-loss goals, keep your bowels healthy, provide nutrients that regulate heart rhythm and have vitamin compounds for eye health. Source

  • Adding a banana to your daily diet has an array of benefits in your body. Bananas help you reach your weight-loss goals, keep your bowels healthy, provide nutrients that regulate heart rhythm and have vitamin compounds for eye health. Keep a bunch of bananas on your desk at work and replenish your stock each week. You'll be more likely to reach for a healthy banana -- instead of heading to the vending machine -- if you have a bunch sitting in front of you. Source

So, how do we cook Filipino Style Sweetened Banana?

  • First you'll need ingredients(this will be hard, LOL xD).
    • Banana(Cardaba), Sugar Brown and Coconut milk
      Ingredients.png
  • Peel and slice the bananas. You can make you own type of slices. If you're lazy, you can make it whole.

  • Put the banana on your casserole(or what ever you want to use in cooking, like Pan). And pour the coconut milk.

  • Heat it up and wait until it boils.

  • If it boils, put the sugar and mix it up until the sugar penetrates to the banana.

  • Wait for another 5 minutes and after that it is ready to serve. Best partner of it is a Lemon Juice or Calamansi Juice(I just partnered it with an Apple Juice because we forgot to buy a lemon).

It's me, eating Sweetened Banana. :D

How did we extract a coconut milk.

  • First we remove the coconut shell and after that we break it in a half.

  • Next, I don't know i explain this one but we use this method to get the meat of the coconut(crushed). The crushed meat of a coconut is being press so the milk will come out. Pour some water(maybe 2 to 3 cups, depends on how many coconut you'll use). And use strainer to get the coconut milk.
