A visit to Fudge Kitchen in historic Canterbury

I know it is not good form to blog content I have already posted elsewhere on here so will provide a link:-

This is a piece I wrote having been invited to visit Fudge Kitchen to make some (you guessed it) Fudge! The store I visited was located in Canterbury, Kent which is one of the UK's most historic cities being the home of Canterbury Cathedral. It is very much a stunning location and of course a big tourist attraction.
