Pad Thai (one of Thailand's most popular dishes)

Pad Thai... ah one of the most popular dishes in Thailand.
I remember, it was not love at first taste of this particular dish. It was not one of my first favorites in Thailand. I just found myself craving for this dish once in a while. Suddenly it's one of my favorites.
