Chocolate chip pancakes
Delicious and... Healthy!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana.
- 40g of oats.
- 10g of dark chocolate chips.
- 2 eggs.
- Flaxseed.
- 1 spoon of vanilla.
Step 1:
Use a blender to grind oats and flaxseed.
Step 2:
Add half a banana, eggs and vanilla. Blend and then pour the mixture into a cup and let stand 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Heat a nonstick pan to cook the pancakes and use a 1/4 measuring cup to distribute the mixture. Lower the heat and pour the mixture. Place the chocolate chips and cover them with a little mixture. Cover the pan, when the time is right, turn the pancake over.
Step 4:
When we have the pancakes ready we will decorate them. For the topping we will use the 1/2 banana, chocolate dark chips and peanut butter.

Note: I did not add sugar or another sweetener, with the cambur is enough for me.
