300 ml santan kental
200 ml santan encer
3 buah bawang merah, rajang
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
secukupnya garam
cara membuat:
Campurkan daging yang telah dibersihkan dengan bumbu halus dan kelapa sangrai yang telah dihaluskan aduk, kemudian siapkan wajan yang telah diberikan minyak makan untuk menumis, lalu tumiskan bawang merah sampai harum. lalu masukkan daging yang sudah dicampur dengan bumbu halus dan kelapa sangrai tadi, lalu aduk rata
Kemudian masukkan rempah2 lain, aduk rata. Masukkan santan encer, aduk rata. Masak sampai kuah berkurang. Tambahkan santan kental dan masak sampai daging lembut.
Masukkan garam, aduk rata dan cicipi rasanya. Daging opor atau masak putih daging siap disajikan.
#cara membuat kelapa sangrai (kelapa gongseng)
