Sour & Spicy (An unripe mango flavour)
I can remember at my childhood age with village friends used to go mango garden and removing unripe mangoes by throwing stones or throwing some sticks. When we got tired throwing stones just used to take little bit rest under tree then removed mangoes husk by small knife.
After removing husk, mangoes looks like as below:
We used to mix mustard oil, salt, chili or red chili powder on it then eating silently. It is totally mouthwatering moment now for me.
It can't remove hungry anyway but the satisfaction after eating it was more than that.
We say it Mangoes Ghumalo.
If possible then try once..
