Lately one of the most discussed food styles is definitely the one without carbohydrates. Doctors and nutritionists have conflicting opinions on this subject. The certain thing is that, in a diet without carbohydrates, we lack essential macromolecules for our body and at the same time we eat more foods rich in proteins and fats.

Carbohydrates-Free diet


To avoid carbohydrates, it is therefore necessary to avoid snacks, rice, biscuits, honey, pasta, potatoes, pumpkin, alcohol, sweets and bread. On the other hand, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, meat and fish are welcome. Go ahead with grilled chicken breast, hard-boiled eggs and baked fish fillets, all accompanied by steamed vegetables for a low-carbohydrate diet.

With this carbohydrate-free diet, carried out for a short period under medical supervision, the body attacks fats and completely eliminates sugars. If on the one hand you can lose weight very easily on the other side, there can be many health complications. All low carb diets start from the principle of eliminating or reducing the use of carbohydrates within the eating plan to lose the extra kilos.
