looks good, like a chocolate filled éclair.
have you tried an acupuncture mat? good for back and neck tension and spasms.

Sort:

yes! fully filled to the brim hehe
I haven't tried an accupunture mat before. I will check it out. it sounds expensive!
i am using something called a deneroll now on my back and neck

Try accupunture. It works.

yes @larryphang! I went to a tcm as well and I got the accupuncture of a lifetime haha, never expected that kind of 'pain'

they are actually super cheap, like $20-30 on Amazon, it's just a mat with a bunch of plastic spikes sewn on but it is like getting acupuncture except just a few needles to hit a few points you can hit all of them. It takes a little getting used to, they suggest putting a sheet or towel over when you first try it, because it is essentially a bed of nails but I often pass out on it now. If your neck bothers you or you have a head ache you can stand on it (this does hurt at first) and your headache will be gone in a few minutes.

@funbobby51 yes ahaha i'd used the walking acupuncture stones before. actually in singapore there's quite alot of these stones built around the neighbourhood for the elderly to walk around. Heard it improves blood circulation.

That's cool, I would like to try those but I don't think we have that here.

i think you can use your mat! instesd of lying on it you can walk a few rounds hehe

I might have to work up to that, I get pretty good relief just by standing very carefully on it, the trick is to sit on a chair or bed and then slowly stand up.
