Desserts are top of the list as far as I'm concerned, and I think I've yet to have a good, authentic strudel. This does look really, really good.

Not only that, but I get to add to new words to my vocabulary: 'phyllo' as in the dough, and 'semolina.' :)

I'm guessing the strudel was devoured post haste. Sigh.
