I really enjoy pasta, too. I'd eat more of it if there wasn't other food I like being made on a regular basis, too. It's generally competing with Mexican food, since that's where my wife hails from.

I've been thinking lately that one my parents should have been Italian, but there's not any Italian blood in my ancestry anywhere. :)

One of these days my wife and I will get over to Italy and just spend days if not weeks going around eating. I think that would be awesome. :)
