- Salt and seasoning to taste

Prepare your coconut base, grate or blend it, then extract the thick coconut milk and set aside.
Wash, season your cowtail with onions, pepper, salt and seasoning cubes and cook it until it's tender, then set aside with the stock.
Peel and cut the Plantains into medium chunks, separate the ripe ones from the unripe, parboil them differently and keep aside.
You're set to cook your delish poridge, first of all put your pot on fire, add your coconut milk water, add chicken broth and cowtail, then crayfish, fish, and chopped onions. Stir everything, add your seasoning cubes and salt to taste, then you're already cooked plantain.
Allow it to cook on low heat so it thickens nicely, add vegetable oil and garnish it with your hot, leaves and scent leaves to add irresistible flavor. Make sure you have adjusted seasoning and let everything blend together for a rich, flavorful finish!
