Stir-Fry Noodles With Shrimp Meat 虾仁炒面- 春天里的味道

As long as you have some noodles, plus some other vegetables you like, you can easily do a delicious stir-fry noodles. It takes only less than thirty mins to cook. This time I found some shrimp meat in my fridge, I put some in the dish, very very fresh and delicious!

The outdoor temperatures have risen sharply these days, and the highest temperature in here was 20 degrees. It made me feel really the arrival of spring. In the most beautiful seasons, doing a quick stir-fry noodles like spring color is always a beautiful thing, feeling a fresh taste like the thin breath of spring.

So today I would like to share with you the simple and delicious stir-fry noodles with shrimp meat. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:

shrimp meat 100g
noodles 100 g
carrot 1/2 cup
green onion 1/2 cup
light soy sauce 1 tbs
vinegar 1 tbs
salt 1/4 tbs
cooking wine 1 tbs
vegetable oil 1 tbs
sesame oil 1/2 tbs

Instructions:

1 remove shrimp's slime, then mix with salt and cooking wine for about ten mins.
2 put noodles in boiling water, bring it to boil and then add in some cold water,cover lid. bring it to boil again. turn off heat. remove noodles to cold water and then drain it, set aside.
3 shred carrot, dice green onion and coriander,set aside.
4 heat a pot and add in vegetable oil, garlic,fry it and then add in shrimp meat,fry them for about thirty seconds then remove them to a plate.
5 Add vegetable oil to the pot again, then add in green oinon, carrot, fry them until carrot is soft then add in noodles and seasoning, fry them and mix well, lastly add in shrimp meat, sprinkle some coriander on the top. It is done.

这几天室外温度骤然上升,最高的时候居然有20度。让我真正感受到了春天的到来。在这一年之中最美的季节里,做一份如春天般色彩的快手炒面,慢慢品尝春天里那种清新的味道。所以今天给大家分享的是这道即简单又好吃的虾仁炒面。

原料(2人份):

虾仁 100 g
面条 100 g
胡萝卜 一段
小葱 2根
香菜 3根
生抽 一汤匙
陈醋 一汤匙
盐 一茶匙
植物油 一汤匙
香油 一茶匙

做法:

1 虾仁去除虾线,放入料酒,盐腌制10分钟。
2 面条放入沸水中煮,待水再次沸腾后加入冷水,再次沸腾后捞出面条,放入冷水中,沥干水分,备用。(煮面条时候,在水中放入一点盐,可使面条更有弹性和筋道。)

3、胡萝卜切丝,小葱和香菜切末,备用。
4 热锅倒入植物油,放入一点蒜末,煸炒,放入虾仁,翻炒片刻,装盘备用。
5 锅内再倒入少量植物油,放入香葱爆香,再放入 胡萝卜,翻炒至胡萝卜变软,放入面条,然后放入各种调味品,翻炒均匀,最后放入虾仁,撒上香菜即可享用。
