Garlic Fish Sauce Chicken - Tender, Juicy, and Flavorful

To me, chicken is one of those ingredients that never disappoints. There are so many ways to cook it, and somehow it always turns into a delicious meal. Whenever I run out of ideas to cook, chicken is usually my first choice because it's easy to prepare, budget friendly, and tastes good.

Today, I'd like to share one of my favorite chicken recipes: Garlic Fish Sauce Fried Chicken. It uses only a few simple ingredients, takes very little effort, but the result is incredibly flavorful. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a savory sweet garlic fish sauce glaze that makes it hard to stop eating. It's no surprise that this dish is a regular dish in many Vietnamese family’s meals.
