Lunch Time! Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
Hi steemine! Are you looking for easy and quick dinner? Then try Oven Baked BBQ Chicken it's so easy, tasty and healthy you can baked in 2 hrs 10 mins.

Yield: 4 Servings.
The BBQ sauce is cooked on the stove first, before pouring over the chicken and putting within the oven. If you want your BBQ sauce chilly, put a bit of hot sauce or chili paste. you may additionally use molasses, replace the brown sugar with honey, or put a bit Asian twist with a bit of soy sauce or hoisin sauce. Of course, when you have a favourite BBQ sauce recipe, feel free to use it in place of the recipe I have provided.
What you should need
Three pounds chicken
Half cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar (which includes apple cider, distilled or balsamic)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Three tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 half teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to prepare Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
1: Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse and pat chicken and dry.
2: In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients over medium heat; heat thoroughly.
3: Sprinkle chicken with a bit salt and pepper and put in a shallow casserole. Pour heated sauce over hen. cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting sometimes.
