Hello. I am sorry I do not have the recipe of this Cafe's Buko Spring Rolls.
But Filipinos cook like these.
Recipe:
Carrots
Turnips
String Beans
Monggo Sprout
Lumpia Wrapper
Coconut
Slice them in tiny sizes then wrap them altogether then fry it.
For the Vinegar:
Slice some onions and garlic then put them in a bowl of vinegar then add some pepper and little amount of sugar. :)
