Here is recipe of chicken curry:
Ingredients
½ kg chicken
2 to 3 tbsp. Oil
2 bay leaf
5 cloves
2 inch long cinnamon stick
3 green cardamom
½ tsp. cumin (optional)
2 green chilies slit
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 cup of onion paste (3 medium onions)
½ cup tomatoes puree (3 medium tomatoes)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
salt as needed
Half teaspoon red chili powder (as needed)
Fistful of chopped coriander leaves or mint
1 cup hot water
