This morning I practiced Wellness Wednesday by doing my husband's morning calisthenics and stretching routine with him. 👏 He's been doing this quick exercise routine most mornings for nearly a year now and has totally gotten rid of his back and knee pain. I've been having a lot of aches and pains lately, so I figured it was about time I joined him!

    Here is what I do. Toe touches, windmills, potato pickers, crunches, sit ups, various back stretches, and squats. I started slow and just tried to do a little every day. Over time I added more repetitions. If I didn't feel like exercising I would just do some of the stretches and call it good. Sometimes later in the day I will do more.
