Health is Wealth: Natural foodism, Processed Food, Preservative, and the Danger
Natural foodism is to eat fresh fruits, vegetables, cereal, algae without cooking. It is the best natural diet. Raw vegetables like tomato, carrot, pumpkin, cabbage, green tea, mushroom when eaten raw, fights cancer, enhances immunity, improves eyesight, removes toxins, reduce fat in the blood, protects both liver and kidney.
Raw fruits like pawpaw, apple, cherry is reach in vitamin C, prevent cancer, helps in digestion, relieve rheumatism.
Cereals like millet, black beans, soyabeans are wonderful immune booster, has both anti cancer and anti ageing properties, tonify kidney and as well beautify our face.
Fresh fruits, vegetable, algae, and cereals are the best natural diet. Yes. It is. Our bodies do not lie. The food we eat determines our healthy living condition. Natural food is full of vitility and solar energy. It is more than food. It is life itself.
Processed food with preservative (artificial food like noodles, tomato paste, canned food, junk food, seasonings, canned fruits, etc) is not good to man. It injects toxins, poisons, acids, and pathogenic microbes into the body, especially the vital organs like the kidney, heart, spleen, lungs, brain, and reproductive organs.
It is on record that human being is made up of seventy three trillion cells and these cells are connected to one another. When one cell is infected, the disease spills over to other cells with time. These cells majorly feed just on nutrient from the food we eat. Due to our poor attitude and orientation towards feeding, we feed our body with fries, nodules, junks, mayonnaise, bugger, ice cream etc, and these artificial foods contain chemicals, toxic substances, and lots of pathogenic microbial food contaminants. When the cells are exposed to such conditions, the cells will become pall, shrink, and wither; and the effect will show physically on us either as cancer, kidney failure, heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, hypotension, and death.
Time and dosage dependent effect of artificial food:
It is important to bring to us the Time and dosage dependent effect of these artificial foods. It is cancerous, toxic, and poisonous. It is death.
Gala meat contains Monosodium glutamate (msg) as preservative. This msg is a “cancer toxin”. The ability of msg to cause cancer is dependent of time, not mater the quantity of gala meat taken (time and dosage dependent effect)
In the olden days, our mothers used natural leave to rap moi-moi before they put the food on fire with the assurance that the green leave will add medicinal value to the food besides the nutritional content of the grain. Today, mothers prefer cellophane papers (nylon) to green leave rapper. When you subject nylon to a high temperature, it will release ozone into the food, and ozone is a cancer toxin, (time and dosage dependent effect).
Most commercially available tooth paste contains Sodium fluoride as preservative; this preservative causes cancer, (time and dosage dependant effect).
Canned food has the tendency to house gas coliform bacteria (eg, Clostridium botulinum) due to the anaerobic condition. This bacterium causes food intoxication to human known as botulism.
Aluminium foil when exposed to a high temperature will release Trichloromethane, and this agent is carcinogenic, (time and dosage dependent effect).
Seen the danger and harmful effect of what we eat as food, I want to summit by saying that “Health is wealth”. Natural foodism is the best natural diet. It is life itself. Yes. Not death. These fresh fruits, vegetables, cereal, and algae are not difficult to come by. They are commonly available, easily accessible and highly affordable.
