Bat Meat, What are some interesting delicacies you have witnessed in your country?

Bat soup is a delicacy among the Kwahu’s in Ghana, there are some other tribes that also enjoy bat meat around the world. I was amazed  after discovering people actually enjoy eating bat in my country and been wondering what other unusual delecacies people enjoy in other parts of the world.
