In our home garden, we have the vegetables that are the ingredients for this dish. But this time we don't have yardlong bean, because the old yardlong bean plants recently rotted and died. And I just planted yardlong beans again in the home garden. There are many hyacinth beans in the garden right now. This time so my wife changed the ingredient from yardlong beans to hyacinth beans. And change the ingredients from pork to chicken too. And it was the first time my wife made crispy thai cakes using chicken and hyacinth beans.
All vegetables are from our home garden that my wife harvested to use as ingredients for this dish.
