"My family traditional croissants with jam"/"Rodzinne tradycyjne rogaliki z powidłami"
Ladies and gentlemen I'll show you my family traditional Polish croissants.
They are very simple but more delicious than in any bakery.
At first i must say something about it, these croissants are tasty "heaven in mouth" and if you do it you will become addicted to them. So be careful. This is my family recipe so this is original recipe and my grandmother said recipe for my mother and now you should to know it. That's special for you steemit community. :)
What you need :
-500 grams of flour
-250 grams of margarine
-1 flat teaspoon of baking powder
-50 grams of yeast
-2 eggs
-Jar of strawberry jam
-5 spoons of milk
-2 packages of vanilla sugar (1 package about 30g)
-pinch of salt
-Some powdered sugar
A method of preparing:
1.Yeast dissolved in cold milk.
2.To mix of baking powder with flour add:
-margarine
-dissolved yeasts
-eggs
-vanilla sugar
-salt
3.Squeeze out everthing from point 2.
4.Cake wrap in cloth and put down for 2-3 hours in fridge.
5.After 2-3 hours pull out from fridge and split into 2 parts.
6.Roll out the cake for 3mm thick in circle shape.
7.Split cake into 12 parts in triangle shape.
8.Form every croissant with spoon of jam inside.
9.Place croissants on baking paper.
10.Croissants bake in 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
11.After cooling down sprinke with powdered sugar.
