I just found out that it's better to boil the coconut milk first before putting in the cassava pieces, rather than pouring it in after the cassava has been boiled. The flavor really seeps into the cassava, making it more yummy @leeart.

Got it. Does it matter how much cassava we put in? How much is too much?

Around two medium-sized cassava tubers, roughly a kilo, to 4 cups coconut milk and 1 cup brown sugar.😀

That's just my estimate @leeart. You could add more coconut milk to make it extra creamy and thick.
