Hi friends, today I show you some pictures of one of my favorite foods: the Venezuelan hallacas. It is a typical Venezuelan dish that represents Christmas for us. It is made with corn flour and the filling is a stew of beef, pork, poultry or seafood (whatever is available at home), it also has vegetables, raisins and precooked egg. I love it when my grandmother is at home because she is an expert in tying up the hallacas. My mom prepares very tasty hallacas and I eat them with pleasure. Hahaha.
