I have them for lunch in our Summer as Bircher Muesli (sorry if I spelled that wrong). They are really nice soaked overnight in milk or fruit juice, I also add nuts, grate some apple or stewed fruit on top and have cold with yogurt or milk. They don't always have to be served hot although I love that too YUM
