Fried bananas cooked in different ways really intrigues me. This time I was inspired by one of the food floggers on social media. His fried banana is often known as Thai fried banana. Although the way of pressing and processing the banana is different from what I usually cook. Actually, the fried bananas that he processed are almost similar to the ones I usually cook.
