HOW TO PREPARE A RICH TROPICAL CHEESE

Hello my dear friends of Steemit. Today I want to show you the process of preparing a rich "Tropical Quesillo", as I called it that since it was made based on a very tropical fruit "El Mango", to take advantage of that we are still in the season where most is produced, since Many times it is generated in very large quantities, and tends to get lost in the soil. We must remember that mango is a fruit that provides us with large amounts of vitamins and minerals necessary for our body and it would be a pity to miss out on its benefits.

This dessert is perfect to prepare it on any occasion, whether for a family day or for large celebrations, because with its creamy and refreshing flavor, would leave more than one person in love, because there is nothing more creative than combining the flavor of traditional cheese with the tropical flavor of mango.


To enjoy this delicious delicacy you just have to follow the following steps:


Ingredients:

• 6 eggs.
• 400 milliliters of whole milk.
• 300 milliliters of condensed milk.
• 250 milliliters of ripe mango pulp already strained.
• 100 grams of sugar.
• ½ cup of water.

Preparation process:

• Once all the ingredients have been combined, prepare the caramel, adding the sugar and water inside the cheese cellar, and then place it over medium heat until it is golden brown.

• Add the whole milk with the condensed and continue beating.

• Then add the mango pulp and continue stirring until a fairly homogeneous mixture is obtained. (you must take into account that the mango pulp must be cast). Afterwards it is poured into the cheese cellar where the caramel is already.

• The quesillo is cooked. You can do it in two ways: baked or in a bain-marie. Baked first must be preheated to 180 degrees, and left to bake for 50 minutes. For a bath of María you should realize that the water is hot enough to introduce the cheese making, we must make sure that it is well closed so that no water comes in, and let it cook for a space of 1 hour. In any case you must introduce a knife before removing it from fire, if the knife comes out clean it means that the quesillo is ready.
