茄子とエリンギ入りミートソース Spaghetti Meatsauce with eggplant and eringi(king oyster mushroom)

昨日のミートソースの残りに、茄子とエリンギを入れました。

I put eggplant and eringi in the meatsauce ( yesterday I made).

ダラダラした日曜日の手抜きランチにピッタリです。

寒いのでずっと家でゴロゴロしてました。^^;

It was cold today, so I stayed at home all the time.
