The Jellof Rice is one of the most popular meals in Nigeria, it is consumed by over 95% of the Nigerian household. The jollof rice is basically per-boiled rice boiled together with tomato source made with different spices. This food is a very special food to the Nigerian society, as it is seen served at almost every ceremony in the country.
This food can be served with different types of meats or even egg, it’s all based on choice and your taste

• Long grain rice
• Tomatoes
• Red Onions
• Tatashe (red bell pepper)
• Ata Rodo – scotch bonnet/habanero pepper
• Tomato Paste
• Olive oil
• Curry Powder
• Dried Thyme
• Salt
• Seasoning cube
• Beef Stock
• Ginger
• White Pepper
