We just broke a long, bitter cold spell here in Wisconsin, USA. It was well below freezing with below zero wind chills for a couple weeks. And at last a break in the weather. This week we will enjoy the 40+ degree range!
So what is a good Wisconsin-ite supposed to do but fire up the grill.
And damn they were good.
