IF YOU HAVE A DREAM YOU SHOULD GO AFTER HIM

I confess as a coffee addict and pastry sweets, I have always liked to enjoy this emulsion in its different presentations accompanied by a delicious dessert. With the passage of time this addition to coffee and sweets has become much more accentua.

I am one of those who like to enjoy an aromatic coffee accompanied by some butter cookies or with a sweet, simple or guayaba bread, it could also be a hot golfiao. One thing if I have, when they serve me a coffee and this does not satisfy my taste I am very critical, immediately I tell the person who prepared it for me, just as with biscuits and muffins if they are old I also claim it.

In situations like the previous one, I start thinking if I were the owner of the establishment and analyzed the things to develop ideas for the benefit of the consumer, something like this: ... I would do this ...; ... I would change this ...; ... I would put the other thing ... ; ... to sweet bread I would add this ...

One day I asked myself, and why not? Why not own a Cupcakery and coffee? From that day a dream was born, a dream that I want to make come true, the dream of being the one who prepares the pastry in my business, that I choose the richest coffee for my clients.
Last Saturday I began to take the first steps to achieve this dream, this Saturday I started a pastry course at a prestigious institution in the city of Lechería.

I tell them that the experience was spectacular, the environment super cool, I tell them that I am the only man in the course, the rest are super beautiful girls and an excellent attitude to work as a team
The chef-instructor is a very experienced student in the pastry area, with much knowledge. The chef Dayana is great.

On this first day of the course we had the opportunity to make several preparations, several cakes, including a cake of carrot, chocolate, pineapple, another vanilla with its chocolate variant, a marble and finally a rainbow.

Imagine the experience for all of us in the kitchen making all those cakes.

Sometimes we have a dream and we do not take the first step to achieve it because of a fear that holds us back, and we never get to know how good we are doing things. I mention this because I had made some cakes at home, but only to experiment, make a cake at home where everyone will tell you that it is tasty, but seeing something done by me at another level is very rewarding.

One after seeing this and I would like the next class to be the next day, I was full of emotion, but I have to wait until next Saturday.
The desire to make this dream come true is what led me to complete this course, there I will get the necessary tools to get to have the necessary skills to make all those desserts that my future customers will taste in my establishment.

Of course, this business I'm going to set up here in my country, in Venezuela, it's not like many have thought, my relatives and friends said: ... surely this is going to do that course and then go to work in another country ..., because not , I am one of those who believe even in a better Venezuela, just put your imagination to fly, and see this scenario, if you build this business right now when there is a very frenzied crisis, and everything is expensive, nobody buys for the prices, And if the thing changes, it improves and the situation gets really cool? Imagine how my business would be successful.

I invite you to dream, you just have to look for ways to make that dream come true, waiting for the situation to improve, you should not look for excuses not to do it, we are the ones in charge of making them come true, nobody else will take care of that. At 49, I still have dreams, and it's never too late to dream big, I still want to make them come true.

I only invite you to never stop dreaming, if you have a dream, go for it, do your best to make it come true. Successful people in life are great dreamers, dreams keep you alive.
