Quick and Easy Vegan Macaroni Salad. Dont tell mom this taste bomb!

Well folks it's Labor day and most people will be BBQing. Here is a recipe for Vegan macaroni salad that will go perfect with anything that you cook up. This is a very easy and simple recipe that will add zing to any occasion. Full of complex Carbs, so this meal will work with your stomach like a symphany in an orchestra and releasing nothing but good energy for you!. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Cups of macaroni ( i used barilla-cook according to package-do not overcook, about 7 minutes)
  • 3 celery stalk  (chop it up)
  • 1 small red onion (chopped up)
  • 1 red bellpepper (chopped up)
  • 1 can of olives (sliced in half or whole)
  • 2 whole pickles (diced up)
  • 1 cup of JUST MAYO mayonnaise
  • 1 and 1 half tablespoons of dijan mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste ( about a tsp salt, half tsp pepper) I used pink himalaya salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook the macoroni pasta according to the package and do not over cook. Menwhile , your pasta is boiling dont waste anytime start chopping up your veggies!. chop up all the veggies into little pieces and place them all in a giant bowl.

Drain the macoroni and rinse thouroughly with cold water until the water flows cold through the pasta. Let pasta drain for an additionally 2 minutes.

Through your pasta in with the veggies and start mixing it up. 

Now add the JUST MAYO mayonnaise , mustard , salt and pepper and mix it all up really well. try to spread the mixing out so it looks evenly mixed.

Finally, place this bowl in the firdge for 1 hour to allow it too cool. Unless your like me, who cant freaking wait for his food to chill, then you can serve yourself a little plate to help curve your cravings. 

Please make this, try this, and take this to any family gathering or BBQ, but please exnay on the vegannay..lol SHHHHHHHHHH dont tell anybody that this is vegan . Hopefully not telling them will blow their mind away when they find out this is 100 percent vegan and 100 percent healthy for you!. This dish stores up to a week in the fridge and will make excellent left overs. I make this meal on sundays , so i have something to eat during the week. I hope yall enjoy this meal. Awesome, I will totally try it out. I was gone all weekend BBQing and camping, and this would've been great! I also need to try the mushroom farfalle from your earlier post. Keep on steeming, I think your blog will catch on soon!
