Vitamin B12 as a water soluble vitamin performs several role in the body such as helping to form and maintain healthy nerve cells, red blood cells, and DNA synthesis. It's the only vitamin that is almost exclusively found in animal foods. Since it is water soluble they are majorly lost during the food processing especially when it comes in contact with water, heat processing and some chemical reactions. Informative!!! Great work
