Akan cucur
Orang sabah panggil kuih penjaram aka cucur jawa. Dah lama teringin nak makan.
So, hari ni sempat lah buat setelah banyak kali buat panggilan telefon kat kampung. Terima kasih resepinya 😘
Bahan-bahan
- Tepung gandum 1kg
- Tepung beras 500gm
- Gula 1kg
- Air pandan
- Santan 200ml
- Air 350ml ( secukupnya )
Gaul tepung gandum & beras letak air biar adunan jadi pekat likat. Lepas tu tambah gula,santan & air pandan perlahan-lahan sehingga adunan sebati. Adunan tak nak terlalu cair @ terlalu pekat..
Resepi saya guna daun pandan. Jgn lupa blend dulu daun pandan & tapis ambik air pandan je.Nak letak pewarna hijau no problem.
Nak guna gula melaka pun boleh.
P/s kalau nak tepi kuih korang nampak cantik tambah la gula segenggam dua.
