Great Hot Chili Oil Recipe

Do you like it spicy?
When you're eating noodles, pho or dumplings you gotta have some hot chili oil. It's fun to make but don't touch your eyes. If you like spicy Asian food you need to follow Stickly Dumpling on his youtube channel.
Here is one of his great recipes. Give it a try!

▼Ingredients:
1.5 c Vegetable Oil
3/4c Crushed Red Chilis
2tbs Sesame Seeds
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Salt

1 Cinnamon Stick
4 Star Anis

Sesame Oil

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup ground chili pepper: http://amzn.to/1KsD6Vj
2 Cup vegetable or peanut oil
Dash of salt

Optional:
1/4 cup peanuts or 1/4 cup sesame
1 tablespoon Chinese peppercorn
1 tablespoon sesame oil

I love chili oil. I use to purchase things version from a local thai restaurant, but it also had more of the peppercorn and not as much oil. It always provided such a great flavor to my dishes.

One thing I love about Vietnam, if you like southwest, Texmex or Mexican food, most, if not all of the ingredients can be found or grown here.
