Noodles with smoked pork chop and carrots

INGREDIENTS: smoked pork chop, carrot, bell pepper, onion, garlic cloves (crushed), heavy cream, black pepper, oregano powder, pinch of nutmeg, butter, mild olive oil, corn kernels, noodles, parsley and merkén for garnish.
INGREDIENTES: chuleta ahumada, zanahoria, pimiento, cebolla, dientes de ajo (triturados), crema de leche, pimienta negra, orégano en polvo, pizca de nuez moscada, mantequilla, aceite de oliva suave, granos de maíz, tallarines, perejil y merkén para decorar.
PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN
We cut the onion into small cubes and crush the garlic cloves... We add 2 tablespoons of mild olive oil to a non-stick frying pan, sauté over "medium-high" heat, stir-fry for 3 minutes or until we get a slightly translucent texture (we season with salt and pepper).
Cortamos la cebolla en cubos pequeños y trituramos los dientes de ajo... Incorporamos 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva suave a un sartén antiadherente, sofreímos a fuego "medio-alto", salteamos durante 3 minutos o hasta conseguir una textura ligeramente cristalina (salpimentamo)
