FL Dep of Ag Employee Confronted About GMO Statement

Rich Budell from the Florida Dep of Agriculture spoke on a panel at the 2016 Florida Water Forum. While on stage the topic of GMOs came up and Mr. Budell claimed there were no studies in which GMOs caused harm. Once he was quickly confronted and corrected he replied "I probably shouldn't have said what I said"

It's important to keep public officials on their toes. Some people need to be educated and others need to be called out. It's up to you to deicde if someone is naively ignorant or knowingly shilling for the establishment.
